Onboarding Riley Chen
NV-1184 · ACTIVE · 8 of 8 checked steps done, 1 that cannot be checked from here
Nothing on this page is ticked by hand and nothing is stored. Each step is read back off the record itself, so it is done when the thing is there. The work is done on the record — each step that is not done links to the panel where it is.

Not built yet
Normal onboarding has three more parts and Virbos has none of them. They are listed here rather than left out, so this page is not read as a complete checklist.
- Documents — Contracts, identification and signed forms on the person. The attachment engine exists; nothing puts documents on a record yet.
- Benefits and HMO enrolment — Dependents are on the record; enrolment and premiums are not built.
- First-day tasks — Equipment, orientation and introductions. Nothing sequences or tracks them.
Dependents and the status ledger are deliberately not read here. Those reads are audited, and a checklist that wrote audit rows every time somebody glanced at progress would bury the ones the rule exists to make findable.
